Privacy Policy
Last updated October 8, 2026
This policy explains what information DillisData collects, why, and what you can do about it. DillisData is a trade name of Quordx Capital LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("DillisData", "we", "us"). It covers dillisdata.com, our emails to businesses, and our conversations with you.
The short version
- This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics, ad pixels or trackers.
- We collect the business contact details and company information you give us, plus business contact details from public sources for outreach.
- We never receive, host or open your company's data. Any data transfer happens directly between you and a buyer you chose, under your contract with them.
- We share your details with a buyer only when you ask us to make that introduction.
- We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising.
Information we collect
What you give us
When you use our estimator form or email us, we collect what you provide: your name, work email, phone number, role, company name, website, industry, company status, and the answers you give about your company (size, years in business, systems, region, revenue band, export readiness, notes). We also record the estimate range the page showed you.
Information from public sources
To find businesses that may benefit from our service, we collect business information from public sources: government filings and registries (for example, retirement plan filings, SBA and SAM registrations, SEC filings and state business records), company websites and published directories. This can include a company's name, address, size and industry, and the names, titles and business email addresses of its owners or officers. We use it only to contact businesses about our service. You can ask us to stop at any time.
Collected automatically
Our host, Cloudflare, processes technical data needed to deliver and secure the site, such as IP address, browser type and request logs. When you submit the form, we keep the country and state your request came from (derived from your IP address, not stored as an IP address) and any campaign tag in the link you clicked (for example, which of our emails you came from). We do not use cookies, local storage, fingerprinting or analytics.
How we use it
- To prepare your estimate, reply to you and assess which data licensing programs fit your company.
- To introduce your company to buyers, only when you ask us to.
- To contact businesses about our service, using business contact details.
- To keep records of our introductions and fees, and to meet legal, tax and accounting duties.
- To protect the site and our service from fraud, spam and abuse.
How we share it
- Buyers you approve. When you ask us to introduce you, we share your business contact details and the company information you gave us with the buyers you approve. Their handling of your information is governed by their own privacy policies and your agreements with them.
- Service providers that run our site and records under contract: Cloudflare (hosting and security) and Google Workspace (email and the spreadsheet where form submissions are stored).
- Legal reasons. When required by law, or to protect our rights, our users or the public.
- Business transfers. If our business is merged or sold, information may transfer to the new owner under this policy.
We do not sell personal information for money, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Buyers pay us a fee when a licensing deal closes. That fee is for the introduction and our help with the deal, and we only share your details with a buyer at your direction.
Your company's data
We do not ask for, receive, store or process your company's records (email, chat, tickets, files or any other operational data). If you choose to license data to a buyer, the transfer, any removal of personal information, and the buyer's use of the data are governed by your contract with that buyer. Please do not send us files or records.
How long we keep it
We keep form submissions and correspondence for as long as we are in active discussion with you and for 24 months after our last contact, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. We keep records of completed introductions and fees for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Public-source business contact details are deleted or suppressed when you ask us to stop contacting you.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to tell you what personal information we have about you, correct it, delete it, or stop contacting you. Email hello@dillisdata.com from the address in question, or tell us which address to look up. We will confirm your request and respond within 45 days. We will not treat you differently for making a request.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws (including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas and others), such as the right to opt out of sale or targeted advertising (we do neither), to appeal a decision about your request by replying to our response, and to use an authorized agent. California residents: in the last 12 months we collected identifiers (name, email, phone), professional information (title, employer) and the commercial information you gave us about your company, from you and from public sources, for the purposes described above, and shared them with the service providers and approved buyers described above. We have not sold or shared personal information as those terms are defined in California law.
Every outreach email we send includes a way to opt out. We honor opt-outs promptly and keep a suppression list so we do not contact you again.
Security
We use reputable providers, encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls and two-factor authentication on the accounts that hold your information. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
Our service is for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Visitors outside the United States
We operate from the United States, and our service is aimed at US businesses. If you contact us from elsewhere, your information will be processed in the United States. Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we rely on your consent (for the form), our legitimate interest in running and promoting a business service (for outreach and security), and legal obligations (for records). You may also have the right to object, to data portability, and to complain to your local data protection authority.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top. If a change is significant, we will say so on this page before it takes effect.
